Shadow Shot Sunday

When Miss Rosie first came home, it quickly became obvious that we needed to puppy proof certain areas of our house and yard. The major one being our deck. We put up a temporary barrier along the bottom of the balustrade to prevent her dare devil stunts. The shadows it throws off are quite pretty, I especially love the pattern it creates on the decking boards.

Beautiful! Lovely, intricate shadows in the first two photos! And so love the expression on your little dog's face!

What a pleasing variety of shadows!

I ALMOST LOST MY SHADOW

I almost lost my shadow,
I left it in the park;
I heard my mommy calling,
For it was getting dark;

She has no use for shadows,
She thinks they are quite grim,
And when she saw my shadow,
She thought it was a “him.”

I had to educate her
And tell her it was “she”—
And now my faithful shadow
Is welcome as can be!

Perfect! I love the strong contrast, particularly the first shot. The 'light' is so yellow too - lovely x
